    • My research focuses on in-beam high resolution gamma-ray spectroscopy to study fast neutron-induced reaction mechanisms and nuclear structures. The results have the potential to improve nuclear data, neutron-induced reaction cross sections, supporting reactor safety, neutron flux monitoring, and isotope production. I also evaluate the performance of germanium detectors at high neutron fluxes, providing insight into neutron damage and salvage strategies.
